These terms govern the use of the Peptilabs online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product purpose

All products are intended for scientific, laboratory, and analytical research only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or food products and are not suitable for human or veterinary consumption.

Buyer confirmation

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are purchasing the products for legitimate research purposes and that they will not administer or allow these products to be administered to humans or animals. Any violation — administration to humans or animals or use outside laboratory/research purposes — voids all warranties, support, and return rights, and the buyer assumes full responsibility for such use.

Orders

An order is considered accepted upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse an order for technical or legal reasons, refunding the amount paid.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the products. The customer must comply with applicable legal requirements.
