Are the products intended for human consumption?

No. All products are intended for scientific, laboratory, and analytical research only and are not drugs, dietary supplements, or food products.

How do I get a certificate of analysis?

A downloadable CoA document is provided on each product page. If it is not available, contact us by email with the batch number.

How should I store research peptides?

Storage depends on product format. Lyophilized powder should be kept refrigerated (2–8°C), protected from light and moisture, with reconstituted solution used within the timeframe specified on the certificate of analysis. Pre-filled pens should be stored according to the temperature range printed on the packaging and used within the labeled expiration window once removed from cold storage. Refer to each product's Specification tab for its exact format and storage requirements.

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized product for laboratory use?

This applies only to products supplied as lyophilized powder — check the Format field on the product page before following these steps. Pre-filled pen products require no reconstitution. Reconstitute with an appropriate solvent (e.g., sterile buffer or water) according to your protocol requirements. This is a laboratory reconstitution procedure to prepare a reference standard or reagent — it has nothing to do with dosing for humans or animals.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

How long does delivery take?

In Lithuania — 1–2 business days, in other EU countries — 3–5 business days.

Can you ship to countries outside the EU?

Currently we deliver only within the European Union. For special requests, please contact us directly.
