All shipped products are laboratory reagents and reference standards, intended for scientific research only — not drugs or dietary supplements for humans or animals.
Delivery times
- Lithuania: 1–2 business days.
- Latvia and Estonia: 2–4 business days.
- Other EU countries: 3–5 business days.
Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are packed in dark, hermetically sealed vials with dry nitrogen fill. For longer transport, we use isothermal packaging with cold-chain elements.
Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory reagents, opened products cannot be returned. Damaged or improperly delivered shipments will be replaced or compensated — notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
