SCIENCE

Our Science

Our scientific foundation is transparency, reproducibility, and independent verification.

Every Peptilabs product travels from synthesis to vial through a documented quality control chain. We believe a researcher should know not only what they receive, but how it was made and verified.

Synthesis

Peptides are synthesized by solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using automated synthesis systems and Fmoc protection strategy. After synthesis, cleavage from the resin and cyclization (if applicable) are performed.

Purity analysis

Each batch is analyzed by reversed-phase HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) to assess purity percentage (target ≥ 99%). Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF or ESI-MS).

Traceability

Each vial is assigned a unique batch number. Through it, we can trace the synthesis batch, raw material lot, and analytical results. Batch data is retained for at least 5 years.

Research models and mechanism

Below is academic information about the biochemistry and investigated mechanisms of some compounds, based on published literature. This data describes only what is observed in research models and does not imply any effect in humans or animals. Our products are not intended for personal use, diagnosis, or treatment.
