Refund Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory reagents, opened products cannot be returned. However, we ensure you receive a quality, undamaged product.

Quality and purity guarantee

Our guarantee applies only to product quality and purity — each batch is verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and the CoA confirms the stated purity level. The guarantee does not cover any expected physiological or therapeutic effect: products are supplied as laboratory reagents and reference standards, not as efficacious drugs.

Damaged shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or the product quality is unsatisfactory, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the product or refund your money.

Wrong product

If you received the wrong product, we will send the correct item within 14 days at no extra cost.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us by email as soon as possible.
