Orders
You can place an order directly in the shop. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can find your full history by logging into your account.
Payment
We accept bank cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Prices include VAT.
Delivery
In Lithuania we deliver within 1–2 business days, in other EU countries — within 3–5 business days. Sensitive compounds are shipped in cold-chain packaging.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products (laboratory reagents), returns apply only to damaged or improperly delivered units. For more information, see our return policy.
